Pursuit and Investigation of Possible Burglary Suspect Vehicle on Victory Blvd

Summary: LAPD units responded to reports of a possible burglary suspect vehicle, described as a dark blue four-door sedan, traveling eastbound on Victory Blvd. The vehicle was observed passing through several intersections including Woodman, Chandler, Sunny Slope, Laurel Canyon, Magnolia, Coldwater, and approaching the 170 Freeway. Officers attempted to verify the vehicle's license plate (9 Sam Frank David 252) and followed it as it entered and exited the 170 Freeway at Burbank Blvd. The pursuit was called off after officers determined the vehicle was not the suspect vehicle. Concurrently, officers investigated a possible burglary at 4480 Castor Avenue, ultimately finding no evidence of forced entry.
