Assault by Daughter's Boyfriend at Denny's, Huntington

Summary: Police responded to a report of assault (242 PC) that occurred approximately 10 minutes prior, involving a daughter's boyfriend attacking the complainant (CP) at or near Denny's in Huntington. The suspect, described as a male Black in his 20s, wearing a yellow and black Pro-Guard security uniform, threw the CP to the parking lot floor. Both the daughter and her boyfriend were last seen in an alley. Multiple units responded, and paramedics were requested for the mother, who is in her 60s, at 1082 MLK. The suspect was last seen westbound on 11th Street on a Lime scooter and was later reported near Anaheim and Long Beach Boulevard. The victim expressed a desire to press charges.
