Male with Mental Illness Reported at 1540 N St. Andrews Place

Summary: A male Hispanic, approximately 48 years old, described as wearing a white long sleeve shirt, black sweatpants, and blue Nike shoes, was reported at 1540 North St. Andrews Place in the main office on the first floor. The individual is believed to be experiencing mental illness. LAPD units were requested to respond code two for a welfare check. Additional comments and a related incident code were provided. Later, a vehicle was reported in the area of LaGrange and Foxhills, possibly connected to the same incident.
