Suspicious Person Digging Through Truck in Parking Lot

The vehicle involved was a four-door Ford pickup truck with handicapped placards. The incident was called in by a witness, not the vehicle owner. Officers made contact with the subject and determined that there was no immediate threat, as the individual had permission to use a scooter and there was a misunderstanding regarding the vehicle. The situation was resolved without incident.
