Summary: Norfolk City Fire and EMS units, along with mutual aid and police, responded to multiple reports of a possible motorcycle incident near the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (HRBT) and adjacent bridges. Units conducted a thorough search of the area, including the I-64 corridor, 13th View, Fourth View, Mallory Street, and Granby Street, utilizing both land and marine resources. Despite initial reports from passing motorists, no evidence of an accident or individuals in distress was found. The operation included coordination with state police and involved the possible launch of fireboats and Zodiacs, but these were ultimately not needed.
