Loose Animal Reported as Cow, Identified as Deer near Southeast 30th

Summary: A report was made from the front office of a green building about a cow walking around the north side of the property, heading toward southeast 30th. Upon investigation, no cow was found; instead, responders observed a very large deer in the area.
