Summary: Emergency services responded to a medical incident involving a 64-year-old male found unconscious and a female patient who was vomiting. Initial reports indicated that the male was not breathing, but later updates confirmed both patients were awake and breathing, though the male was in and out of consciousness. Multiple Advanced Life Support (ALS) and fire units, including AMR ambulances and Valley Ladder 8, were dispatched and coordinated on scene.
