Juvenile Fight Outside Phase 4 School on Ellsworth Avenue

Summary: A group of approximately 10 to 15 juveniles were reported fighting outside Phase 4 School at 5827 Ellsworth Avenue, near Maryland Avenue or College Street in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
