Domestic Disturbance and Missing Persons Report Involving Adam Poppy and Jessica Ortegan

Summary: A domestic disturbance was reported at 3633 South 16th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, involving Adam Poppy and Jessica Ortegan. Jessica's mother reported that Adam was physical and throwing objects at Jessica. Jessica was subsequently forced into Adam's older green Ford truck, and they left the location approximately 30 minutes prior to the report. Attempts to contact Adam and Jessica by phone were unsuccessful, with indications that Jessica's phone may have been broken. Law enforcement issued an attempt to locate for a blue 2001 Ford F-150 with the plate Adam Zebra Victor 709. Both individuals were later found safe by Southwest officers at the address.
