Missing Elderly Male with Lifesaver Project at Garnet Court

Summary: An 87-year-old white male, part of the Lifesaver Project, was reported missing from 2006 Garnet Court in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The individual, identified as Richard Carbinaro, allegedly attacked his mother, who refused EMS assistance. He was last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, blue jeans, and a navy baseball cap, walking out of the cul-de-sac to the right. Law enforcement responded to the scene and began tracking the individual using the Lifesaver Project system.
