Missing Autistic Juvenile: 13-Year-Old Male Last Seen on 65th Street, Long Beach

Summary: A 13-year-old Black male, described as high-functioning autistic and a chronic runaway, was reported missing from 1915 65th Street in Long Beach, California. The juvenile, last seen wearing a gray shirt or sweater, blue jeans or green/gray pants, and white or blue/black shoes or sandals, had recently been released from a psychiatric hold. He reportedly left the residence after stating he intended to get hit by a truck. The child's foster parent and another adult attempted to follow him but lost sight of him near a car wash on Artesia. The last confirmed sighting was westbound on foot at Cherry Avenue and Artesia Boulevard. Police units were dispatched to search the area, including a Target store at 6750 Cherry Avenue. The juvenile's name is King Outlaw.
