Assault, Car Theft, and Missing Person with Suicidal Statements on Loudoun Drive

Summary: Police responded to a call at 1500 Loudoun Drive, Manassas, Virginia, where a black female reportedly assaulted a caller and the caller's 19-year-old daughter. The suspect then left the scene in the caller's Kia Forte. Additional reports indicated possible domestic violence and that the suspect had made suicidal statements via text. Police attempted to contact the suspect by phone, conducted area searches including along Route 15 and at Liberty Gas Station, and coordinated a search involving a bloodhound and helicopter. The subject was eventually contacted but was uncooperative, made repeated suicidal threats, and was known to have depression and be on medication. The incident involved significant risk to the individual and required a multi-agency response.
