Medical Emergency and Assault at Hotel Blue Parking Garage

Summary: Emergency responders were dispatched to Hotel Blue at 705 South Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for an unknown medical emergency. Upon arrival, it was reported that the patient had been placed in a chokehold and thrown to the ground in the parking lot. Police were already on scene and cleared the area for medics and fire personnel to enter.
