Suspicious Individuals Located at Apartment Construction Site; Vehicle and ID Checks Lead to Detainment

Summary: Deputies responded to reports of suspicious individuals at an apartment construction site near Blair High and Potter in Douglas County, Nebraska. Officers observed at least one person on the third-floor balcony of a new building under construction. The individuals were checked on foot, and vehicle information was relayed, including a white 2017 Toyota and a black 2006 Hummer H3 registered out of Kansas.
