Summary: A white male, approximately 5'10" with a beard and wearing a backwards hat, was reported knocking on doors at multiple residences on North Washington Street in Porter County, Indiana. The individual did not state his intentions and left on foot after being confronted by a resident who threatened to call the police. The subject was later seen at another residence, where he rang the doorbell, smoked a cigarette, and left on foot. Camera footage of the incident is available.
