Possible OWI in Red Chevy Impala, Multiple Locations, Des Moines

Summary: Des Moines Police responded to reports of a possible OWI (Operating While Intoxicated) involving a red Chevy Impala (license plate Nora Sam Adam 379) driving erratically in southeast Des Moines. The vehicle was last seen eastbound at SE 14th and Hartford and was later reported near East 9th and University, possibly also near Penn and Washington. Officers coordinated to locate the vehicle, which was eventually found parked and occupied in a back lot north of Lutheran Hospital. No victims were reported in any hit-and-run incidents, and the case was closed as unable to locate (UTL) for further offenses.
