Hit-and-Run Suspect Located Near Greenfield and Baseline

Summary: Mesa Police responded to a hit-and-run incident (961) near Greenfield and Baseline. Officers tracked a suspect, described as wearing a white tank top, light-colored pants, and a red hat, walking northbound toward the At Home store. After temporarily losing sight of the individual, officers coordinated to search the area, eventually locating the suspect on the northwest corner of the At Home store. The suspect was detained with the assistance of Victor 12, and it was confirmed that this individual matched the description from the original hit-and-run call.
