Summary: Police and fire units responded to 16 Portland Street, second floor, in New London County, Connecticut, to conduct a welfare check on Joseph McDermott, born August 1961. Ultimately, it was confirmed that the subject was in Middlesex, and another individual was transported to the hospital the previous morning for a stroke.
