Residential Structure Fire on 37th Street, Milwaukee

Summary: A two-story residential structure fire occurred on 37th Street in Milwaukee County. Battalion 2 arrived on scene and established 37th Street Command, initially reporting nothing showing but later confirming a fire in the walls of a two-story wood frame home. Firefighters deployed a hose line and had water on the fire. Primary searches of the basement and both floors were completed and found clear. Additional resources, including FIU compressed air, We Energies Gas Electric, and Milwaukee Police Department for traffic control, were requested. The incident was brought under control, secondary searches confirmed no victims, and companies began returning after a final wetdown.
