Armed Person Reported at Belden and Lawler, Followed by White Vehicle

Summary: Multiple 911 calls reported a male Hispanic individual with a gun at or near the intersection of Belden and Lawler in Chicago, Illinois. The suspect was described as wearing a navy blue North Face hoodie or sweater and riding a lime scooter. The individual allegedly flashed a gun outside a park and was seen being followed by a white Infiniti vehicle traveling southbound on Lawler from Belden. Police units responded, conducted area checks, and later found two unattended lime scooters at Belden and Laverne. No further suspicious activity was observed, and the incident was closed after a slowdown was given.
