Middle-aged Male with Chest Pain and Sweating on Old Tassel Road

Summary: A male patient in his 40s experienced right-sided chest pain near the top of his chest and rib cage, below his armpit. The pain changes with breathing and movement, and he has no history of heart attack or stroke. The patient was sweating profusely but did not report a rapid heart rate and does not take nitroglycerin or aspirin. Emergency services were instructed to meet at the front entrance where the cars are parked. The patient was later loaded into an EMS vehicle and the responding unit returned to service.
