Suspicious Vehicle Gestures Gun at Reporting Party on Carson Street

Summary: A reporting party (RP) in a yellow Jeep Wrangler was followed northbound on Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada, by a black Cadillac Escalade with California license plate 7 Boy Victor Charles 295. The driver of the Escalade made gun-like gestures towards the RP but did not display an actual weapon. The incident occurred near the legislative building and continued towards Sprouts and the Holiday Inn. Law enforcement was notified, and the RP was directed to the Sheriff's Office. The Escalade was later located at the Holiday Inn north off Carson Street. No weapons were ultimately seen, and the RP pressed charges.
