Threats Made by Suspect in Water Storage Bin at 4156 Avenue

Summary: A male suspect, described as a Black male in his 30s, approximately 5'9" to 5'10", thin build, wearing no shirt and light sweatpants, was reported inside a water storage bin located in the alleyway on the west side of 4156 Avenue, near the Gold Hill Garage. The suspect made verbal threats to shoot the reporting party's unarmed security personnel on site. No weapons were seen. Law enforcement was dispatched to the scene.
