Summary: A 10-year-old male suffered second-degree burns covering approximately 28% of his body, including the upper thigh, genitals, and lower abdomen, reportedly from boiling water. Fairfax County Fire and Rescue units, including Engine 416, Medic 526, and Paramedic Engine 516, responded to 12189 Henderson Road.
