Armed Woman Reported in Backyard on South Lincoln

Summary: A reporting party (RP) in Stockton, California, contacted authorities to report that his sister, Elizabeth Revis (age 45), whom he has not seen in years, was seen in his backyard at 2856 South Lincoln. The suspect was described as having braided hair, wearing a black t-shirt with a floral print and spandex, and was reportedly armed with a firearm. The RP was afraid to check the backyard. The suspect was last seen on camera 10 to 15 minutes prior, going through the mailbox and the side gate to the backyard. The camera has since died, and the RP no longer has a visual on the suspect.
