Summary: A 23-year-old Black male named Jamel Kane was reported missing by his mother in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was last seen at 11:55 AM, carrying a blue suitcase and a garbage bag, and is described as 5'10", thin build, wearing a gray short-sleeved button-down shirt, gray jeans, and black Nike shoes. Jamel has an intellectual disability and a history of spinal fusion. He was last seen at 1644 Jonathan Avenue and is known to frequent New Prospect Baptist Church at 1580 Summit Road to play basketball. Police from District 2 and District 4, as well as Xavier University Police, were notified. Later, Jamel's mother reported that he was located at the church.
