Summary: A black female, described as wearing a gray sweater, buzzcut, and black leggings, was reported walking around the parking lot of Sedley Manor near Costco (10700 Sully Manor), Manassas, Virginia, armed with a small kitchen knife. She was seen cutting bushes and flowers near Anita's and later walking towards Vinnie's Pizza, FedEx, and Bank of America, carrying an alcoholic beverage and possibly still holding the knife. The subject was last observed heading towards Ashton Avenue from Bank of America. The individual may have mental health issues, possibly schizophrenia, and is not being followed closely by the complainant.
