Summary: Multiple hazards were reported at the top of the northbound I-75 entrance ramp from Galbraith in Hamilton County, Ohio. Responders identified a ladder in pieces on the roadway and at least one disabled vehicle on the right-hand shoulder within Redding's jurisdiction. An additional vehicle was checked on Shepard. The disabled vehicle in Redding was found to be conducting a tire change off the roadway, reducing immediate risk to traffic. The situation was monitored and confirmed clear by responders.
