tallmadge acres needs to seriously hire a security guard, the lights in the parking lot, especially in the back lot are always broken or have some kind of short in the electrical system, so it's pitch black out there it's very dangerous and in order to reside there you have to be elderly or disabled, it's total lack of respect and well-being of the tenants that are stuck living there, not to mention the elevator situation __
