I blame the state for putting all the power in the hands of a child. Telling parents for years now that they cannot discipline their own child. I'm not talking about beating your kids. So don't get it screwed up. There's a difference between discipline & abuse. I was taken from my mother because of abuse. grew up in DSS. Giving a kid a smack & beating your child is 2 different things. Maybe if the state would let the parents parent. we wouldn't have an entire generation of entitled, pompous young adults who think the world owes them something.
