I was on Main St last night around this time and it was a "ghost town". Super quiet and peaceful, would never have guessed a man had been shot, and all the ensuing chaos that goes with that occurred close by.... I agree, however, it is very sad. It makes me miss the times when I was young, disputes were settled using fists, not guns, and everyone went home. On one side a lesson learned, on the other side a lesson taught, but everybody eventually was able to talk about it later.... I thought as a society we were evolving but in regards to street justice we are going backwards. One coward, years ago, brought a gun to a fist fight and now you're risking your life if you don't have a firearm to protect yourself from these unintelligent children walking around like they're somebody you should respect because they can and will pull a trigger. That is why I specifically said 'unintelligent'; what is respectable about being scared to fight so you take a life?? SMH it's all nonsense...
