A fire broke out in a recreational vehicle near I-84 and Highway 11 in Pendleton. The fire was contained to the vehicle with a passenger vehicle possibly threatened. Smoke was seen close to the highway, and a structure fire was reported. Pendleton Police and Fire responded and extinguished the fire with no remaining smoke hazard.
