I just don't understand it 🤔 Whoever it is could watch a movie or play a game instead of terrorizing and causing damage. When I say , play a game, I mean a non violent game. I know that's very controversial. Kids, including teens especially, get bored and they took everything a kid can do away from our town. They need to bring some fun back. Not saying it would stop anyone from being mischiefers but it could help a little.
