were the owners/ owner of the dogs present? what did they do or say? this was NOT the dog's fault. they were doing what dogs do, they like to run around. they were running fast and accidentally bumped into the person that claims injury. they didn't try to bite him or anything and I'm not sure what snapped back means. yes I'm sure it was scary. did they have a dog that the other dogs maybe wanted to play with or something? maybe the people can stay away from the dog park if it's going to be so traumatic for them. this is just the way I see it.
