This is a real problem, neighbors need to be aware of people casing their neighborhood. if someone you don't know is knocking on your door? don't open the door. I'm a retired private investigator so it's not paranoia, I know what I see. I have security cameras and pictures from the video cameras of people prowling around my home. In the past two guys with crowbars.. No trespass sign, no soliciting sign but they still feel they can prowl around the house.. A big mistake. Create a neighborhood watch and be careful.
