why is there different times for the calls to 911. the notification says one time stating around 10:28am. but you click "more details" and the time stamp says 7:23am? the call to dispatch before the one I just listed was a call from a 38 yr old woman unresponsive and then it goes in to the latter day Saints shooting and that time stamp was 8:10am that is when the alert came to my phone. but dispatch says out "11:13am" why are time stamps different than what dispatch is saying over the radio to kae enforcement. this isn't making any sense.
