I witnessed this situation. The resident asked 2 individuals who'd tried to take over his home after he let them(@ 3 am) sleep there for "a couple of days" to get out of the rain because they had no place to go. They were there for 2weeks. They were asked to leave and refused to do so. He's handicapped and they'd took over his bed and fought loudly 24/7. They contributed nothing. All the neighbors were aware of the situation and tried to help. Police were called and thankfully the subjects were removed but only went across the road into the woods. They weresd andafe the false accusations which were quickly dismissed.
