We were out there earlier for an individual who was looking in the complainant's windows and the complainant says he has to physically remove the mail off of his porch.

At the time he did have a knife on him, when we went out, the complaint said he didn't want to press any charges. Now he's calling back saying that the individual is walking northbound on 1st Avenue. It doesn't appear that he's on his property or anything though.
