I'm new to this app. Who reads these comments? Does emergency personnel? I only ask because my partner of 24 years is missing and hasn't been seen since Mother's Day. No one has seen him. Not family. Not friends. Not associates. He suffers from a traumatic brain injury (so his memory is affected) and he got into some pretty heavy drugs. He is 56 years old and local police will not let us file a missing persons report. We have 4 children and 1 grandchild. He does not have his ID on him. We fear the worst. It probably sounds crazy but I seen this post and thought the unresponsive person could have been him.
