If the man who refused to leave was carrying what looked like an overnight canvice bag, then I saw him outside of visions bank in the Metro Mall. I was going to use the atm but there was also a tall man in a light blue hoodie using it so I went into the mall and went into visions bank from the inside. I left through the north doors and went to the bus station. I told them about the man with the bag hanging around the atm. one of the tellers went outside. I think it was to ask the man with the bag to leave the area. I don't know what happened after that.
